“Kaizen”, the Japanese concept of continuous improvement and positive change, has always been the foundation of what we do at Kaizen Way.

A change made to improve is always a challenge as it takes moving away from the familiar to the unknown and uncertain. What happens in between is not, however, completely unpredictable. For example, Kübler-Ross’s Change Curve shows us the stages of change - shock and denial, anger, depression, experimentation, and finally, a form of integration. And yet, most organisational change causes disruption and often does not create sufficient improvement. At Kaizen Way, we partner up with organisations and their leaders and join them on the journey to empower everyone to succeed in achieving a shared vision. We empower through diagnostics and listening, advising, training and coaching. We evaluate what we do to deepen our learning. Change is actually learning; we help create commitment to change.

Kaizen Way Consulting

In this process, the client’s role is defining the vision and purpose of the change, shaping the strategy, setting up and implementing processes and systems. Our key role is guiding through the change to minimise resistance, disruption and related challenges. At an organisational level, it usually takes multi-layer cultural change to move the organisation towards the vision. It all starts with awareness and commitment to the process of change.

Given our experience across a range of sectors and businesses, evidence-based expertise, and combined with a balanced "outcome-people" oriented approach, we are able to support clients with bespoke change solutions.

We help lead people through transformation. We are development consultants and act as objective thinking partners and change coaches, walking our clients through a needs analysis and diagnostics such as psychometric assessments, support with planning, incremental implementation and embedding of the change, helping maximise emerging opportunities. We assess and measure to capture progress and value created.
