ABOUT ME

Hanna Magdziarek

I’m a Business and Organisational Psychologist and accredited Performance Coach passionate about empowering people to achieve meaningful goals and lasting growth. I created Kaizen Way in 2019 to help organisations and their leaders nurture their people so that they nurture the business and customers.

At Kaizen Way, we work with:

• Organisational leaders - helping them create and implement a learning culture that transforms mindsets and behaviours.
Rather than placing a quick fix on existing issues, we uncover and address root causes guiding leaders and teams to adopt new ways of thinking and approaching challenges.

• Managers - who want to enhance their formal and informal leadership skills to boost employee engagement, productivity, and customer experience.

• Individuals – Our goal is to provide every individual with opportunity and tools to perform to their best potential. By helping them overcome emotional barriers, such overwhelm and procrastination, develop critical thinking and set healthy habits, we enable them to achieve their goals, fulfil their aspirations and engage and inspire others along the way..
