ABOUT ME

Hanna Magdziarek

I'm a business and organisational psychologist and professional performance coach passionate about empowering others to achieve their goals. I work with:

  • organisational leaders by helping them create and implement a continuous-improvement- and -learning-driven culture which shifts mindsets and then behaviours. We don't just put on a plaster on existing issues, but dive deeper through changing ways of thinking and guiding through new pathways of approaching challenging situations. Our goal is to give everyone an opportunity and support to perform to their best potential.
